The issue causing intermittent server timeouts has been identified and resolved.
Service availability has returned to normal, and we are no longer seeing elevated timeout rates.
We will continue to monitor the systems closely to ensure ongoing stability.

2025-12-22 09:00 CET - Investigating – Server Timeouts
We are currently seeing intermittent server timeouts that may impact service availability for some users.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to determine the root cause.
We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
📢 Important note: If you encounter problems using the temporary unlock feature, please check the permissions.
In addition to the temp unlock permission, the "Show Tenant Settings" permission is required with the update to 25.2.
